Do you do custom work?

Absolutely! Hats, tees, hoodies, vendor signs & custom displays. If you can think of it, we can make it! Just email us at orders@projectlittledipper.com with your idea, and we will work with you to create exactly what you’re looking for! 

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Just email us at orders@projectlittledipper.com with what you are looking for! Our bulk pricing starts at 50-100 depending on the product or request.

Do you offer rush?

Of course! Just email us at orders@projectlittledipper.com with your order number, and we will send you an invoice for the rush processing based off of when you need it! 48 hour rush starts at 40% of the retail price($15 minimum) and 24 hour rush is 100% of the retail price. Rush processing for bulk orders is always 100% of the original retail price of the order. Timing will be discussed, and will be based on the size and type of order. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 5-7 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated before your order has shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at orders@projectlittledipper.com 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at orders@projectlittledipper.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

The average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to orders@projectlittledipper.com and we will do our best to make it right!

Our products are only meant for their intended use. Using these products for any unapproved, unintended, or hazardous application voids all warranties and shifts full responsibility for the outcome to the user. By placing an order, these terms are accepted.
